How We Love Our Neighbors

We express our love for our neighbors in two impactful ways: by serving our local community through hands-on outreach and by supporting global missions that extend the love of Christ around the world.

Local

We serve our local neighborhood through collecting items for the community kitchen, offer space in our building for the YMCA, RISE and more. Click on the links below to learn more about these awesome organizations (We think they’re awesome!)

Global

We partner with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) which partners with local Nazarene congregations around the world to clothe, shelter, feed, heal, educate, and live in solidarity with those who suffer under oppression, injustice, violence, poverty, hunger, and disease. 

NCM exists in and through the Church of the Nazarene to proclaim the Gospel to all people in word and deed. As a part of the Nazarene Church we support over 800 missionaries in 162 world areas. Throughout the year we focus on support 3 global initiatives.

Crisis Care Kits

Crisis Care Kits meet the needs around the world. Kits have gone to places like Belize,
California, Dominican Republic, Greensburg, KS, Haiti, Jamaica, Jordon, Louisiana, Philippines,
Senegal, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, and Zambia. Your generosity makes an incredible difference! We collect items throughout the year.

Alabaster

The Alabaster Offering begin in 1949, the tradition has been focused on the decision to sacrifice something that is "not needed" to supply what is needed around the world. As a result, Nazarene World Missions has assisted in the building of churches, hospitals, pastor's housing, schools, and ministry centers through the sacrificial giving of Nazarene people.  We collect this offering in February and September.

Operation Christmas Child

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. This project partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations through shoe boxes. We fill boxes during the months of October - November.
